Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to Sapphire Stars Photography! By booking a session with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms outline the services we provide and the expectations we have for our clients. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement.
Full payment is due before the delivery of the final images. Payment can be made via cash, major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp. 


 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 45 days before the scheduled session will result in a refund of the deposit minus any administrative fees.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Session and Delivery

We will make every effort to accommodate your preferences for the session, but specific requests cannot always be guaranteed.
Final images will be delivered within 16 weeks after the session. Delivery times may vary based on the type of service and post-processing requirements.

Copyright and Usage

All images remain the property of Sapphire Stars Photography. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal use only.
Any commercial use or distribution of the images requires explicit written permission from Sapphire Stars Photography.

6. Liability

Sapphire Stars Photography is not liable for any personal injuries or property damage that may occur during the session.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the session, our liability is limited to a refund of payments made.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients in writing.
